Important Notes

• Wi-Fi is not available and no pets are allowed. 
• Please bring along your own drinking water.
• The accommodation is suitable for big groups and gatherings, including families, friends and company trips. 
• If there are more than 12 people, each additional person will need to bring their own mattress, pillow, and quilt. There will be no extra charge for the additional person. 
• The accommodation only provides the BBQ grill. You have to bring your own charcoal and tools. 
• The accommodation only provides 1 stove, 1 pot (with room for only one soup), and 1 gas can for steamboat. 
• Kitchen Inclusions: Oven, 1 Wok, 1 Frying Pan, Electric Kettle, Rice Cooker, 12 Sets of Spoons & Forks, 15 Plates, Dinner Knife, Chinese Soup Spoons, Spatula, Turners, 2 large soup bowls, 2 Serving Dishes, 1 Salad Bowl.
• You can purchase gas cans, paper plates, paper cups, and food at the nearby Bataras Superstore in Kundasang Town. 
• The payment is non-refundable. However, you may set a replacement date for your stay within 3 months after the booking date.  
• Booking cancellations within 7 days before the stay will not be replaced. 
• Lokky Mountain High Homestay Kundasang requires an RM300 deposit. This deposit will be refunded during check-out, as long as no property is lost or broken. 
• Reservations must be paid in full. There will be no refunds, including during unexpected events such as COVID-19 or natural disasters. In this case, the accommodation date can be changed once the situation is under control. 
• The accommodation can fit up to 15–18 people. However, the prepared tableware and beds are only for maximum of 12 people.  
• If there are more than 12 people and it's not convenient to bring a mattress, you may sleep in the living room. There are two sofa beds, and each can hold 1 or 2 people (depending on the body size).
