Kundasang is home to many iconic tourist hotspots, including Desa Cow Farm, Kundasang War Memorial, and Kinabalu Park, which are only a few minutes' drive away from the homestay. If you plan a short staycation to explore Kundasang and Ranau with your family, Umies Homestay is the perfect choice for you! 

Rooms & Facilities  

Umie Homestay offers two types of accommodations: Room Stay and 3-Bedroom House stay. 

The Room Stay has a queen bed, ensuite bathroom and toilet, water heater, and smart TV. Each room can fit up to 4 pax, including children. Guests can use the shared kitchen to prepare food while BBQ equipment is available upon request. 

The House Stay consists of 3 rooms, each with a queen bed. The house has a living room, kitchenette, verandah, one bathroom and one toilet. Each house can hold up to 12 pax, including children. Similar to the Room Stay, BBQ equipment is available upon request. 

Important Notes 

  • Non-Halal food and drinks are not allowed at Umies Homestay.
  • Each Room Stay can hold up to 4 pax/room (including children). 
  • Each House Stay can hold up to 12 pax/house (including children).
