How To Choose the Right Operator on

Planning the perfect holiday is always on everyone’s agenda. And with so many tour operators to choose from on, it can be difficult to find the right one. So, when in doubt, the tips below will hopefully help ease your worries of finding the right tour operator.

Browse through reviews.

Reviews can make a world of a difference when it comes to choosing the right tour operator to organise your holiday. Ensure they have a good track record of successfully completing tours because a well-organised trip can only equal happy customers.

Compare services

We’re pretty sure they’re all great but some prefer a little extra when on holiday. Different tour operators will offer different services, mainly when it comes to meals, pick-up times and points, and tour guide language availability. So, browse, compare, and pick the one that best suits your travel preferences!

Check the shout-outs

The tour package they offer may be the same but different tour operators may add a few extra perks, from visiting local attractions during pitstops or even having a multilingual team of tour guides! Check whether transport is included and just a heads up, insurance is usually not included so better to purchase one before you start your travels!

Take note of the cancellation policies.

In the unfortunate event that you will need to cancel your trip last minute or just did not participate in an activity on the itinerary, cancellation policies differ between each tour operator. Some operators provide 50 – 100% refunds upon cancellation of a tour, though you will need to keep in mind the number of days until these refunds are no longer available.
