Important Notes

  • The musical will be performed in Malay, with English subtitles shown on the LED screen.
  • Strictly no video recording allowed throughout the duration of the show. 
  • Guests must present their digital ticket at the door to be allowed entry. 
  • Free entry for children aged 0-2 years old.
  • No numbered seating. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis within designated categories. No specific seat reservations are available. 
  • Guests are advised to arrive 30 minutes prior to showtime. 
  • Parking is available but limited. Guests are encouraged to carpool wherever possible. The walk from the parking lot to Kinabalu Hall should take you about 15 minutes. 
  • Please bring a jacket or sweater, as it can get quite cold at Kinabalu Geopark. 
  • Refund, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy: 
  • Customers may request to change their selected date or showtime up to 2 weeks prior to the event.  
  • Refunds are not available for cancellations due to customer error. 
  • If the cancellation is due to the fault of the event organisers, a full refund will be provided. 
  • In the case of a show being rescheduled or cancelled, a full refund will be issued.
