Things You Should Know 

1. The instructor will decide which snorkelling spot to choose depending on the weather conditions. 
2. For safety reasons, guests will not be allowed to do any sea sports activities during bad weather. 
3. Pregnant women are not recommended to take the boat ride, as the journey may be bumpy and shaky depending on the sea conditions. 
4. If you have experienced motion sickness, please bring your own medicines. 
5. To prevent your belongings from getting wet during the boat ride, you are recommended to put them inside a waterproof or plastic bag. 
6. Please do not bring any valuables or documents, as there are no lockers on the islands. 
7. A professional instructor will guide all snorkelling sessions. 
8. For your safety, please do not snorkel apart from the group and follow the crew's instructions. 
9. It is recommended to bring your own sunscreen, sunglasses, sun hat, swimwear, towel, light clothing, extra clothes for changing, light sandals, and personal hygiene products.   

Important Notes

1. This package is based on a join-in basis and shared transport. A minimum group size of 10 pax is required for private tours and private transport. 
2. Please note that tour guide service is NOT provided in this package. 
3. This package is only applicable to Malaysians. 
4. This package is not applicable during Public Holidays, School Holidays, and National Holidays. 
5. We reserve the right to alter the timetable and itinerary due to unforeseen weather conditions, the number of guests, etc. 
6. For safety reasons, guests who are 50 years old or older must ensure their health is in good condition. Children aged 0 to 3 and pregnant women are not recommended to participate. 
7. Please bring your own medicine for personal needs, such as motion sickness medicine, cold medicine, insect repellent, allergy medicine, etc. 
8. If passengers are allergic to certain foods or are vegetarians, please indicate at the time of booking for special meal arrangements. 
9. To ensure sufficient allocation of accommodation rooms, we will arrange guests' accommodation based on availability on the day. Please inform us at the time of booking if you require a specific room type. The guest will bear any additional cost for a specific room type. 
10. You are strongly recommended to purchase your own travel insurance while travelling. You must be responsible for personal travel safety, luggage, flight delays, and property losses. The company will not be held responsible or liable for accidents, injuries, death, delays, and all losses caused by weather, disease, war, and all-natural disasters.
