Check-in Information & Procedure 

• Check-in: 2:00 PM
• Check-out: 12:00 PM
• Children below 6 years old enter free (under guardian supervision)
• A refundable deposit of RM100 is required for:
• Private rooms
• Dormitory
• Camping stays
• Full payment must be completed 48 hours before check-in.

Check-in Process

• Step 1 : Show Booking Confirmation at gate, wait for photos of total guests & vehicles to be taken.
• Step 2 : Once accessed, drive forwards to find 'Retreat' signs and follow the way up (1.6km gravel road).** Do not make any other turn than what's directed by the "Retreat" arrows.
• Step 3 : Check-In at Reception (Country Lodge) for a little refreshment, fill up the Registration Form and BINGO! You may proceed to enjoy your time here.

Eco Valley Retreat (EVR) is committed to protecting the privacy and personal rights of our owners, staff, and guests. To maintain a safe and respectful environment, the following policy strictly applies:

Respect for Privacy

• All guests and visitors must respect the personal privacy of EVR owners, staff members, and other guests.

Prohibited Actions

• Any attempt to obtain, investigate, inquire about, or conduct background checks on the personal information of EVR owners, staff, or guests is strictly prohibited.
• This includes, but is not limited to, questions regarding:
• Ownership or management identity
• Staff salaries or personal employment details
• Company earnings or internal financial matters
• Any other confidential or private information

Consequences of Violation

1. Any individual found engaging in direct or indirect actions that infringe upon personal privacy—including harassment, probing inquiries, or aggressive behavior—may be denied entry or banned from the premises for a period of up to three (3) months.
2. Enforcement will be based on verified complaints supported by reasonable evidence, at the discretion of management.

4. Internal or confidential information will only be disclosed where legally required or formally approved by EVR management.

6. EVR is a healing and wellness environment. Guests are expected to focus on their personal retreat experience while management continues to maintain and develop the property for the benefit of all.
