- Unlimited snorkelling is included in this package. Additional activities like diving, island hopping, kayaking, and fun fishing are available at an extra charge and should be booked in advance to secure availability.
- Boat transfers and activities are weather-dependent and may be rescheduled or cancelled for safety reasons. The resort will provide alternative arrangements if necessary.
- Bum Bum Island has local fishing villages and Bajau Laut communities. Guests are advised to dress modestly when visiting villages, be mindful of local customs, and ask before taking photos of residents.
- Electricity and Wi-Fi may be limited at certain times due to the island’s power supply.
- Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations within 30 days of arrival may incur penalty charges.
- No-shows or last-minute cancellations are non-refundable.
- Travel insurance is highly recommended.
- Boat Transfers & Schedule:
- Guests must arrive in Semporna early to catch the scheduled boat transfer to Sand Bay Resort
- Boat departures from Semporna Jetty are at 10:00AM and 2:00PM (subject to confirmation)
- Return transfers from Sand Bay Resort are at 8:30AM and 12:30PM
- Private or off-schedule boat transfers may be available at an additional cost
