Accommodation Capacity

Naluyan Jungle Lodge can comfortably accommodate up to 39 persons when all rooms are occupied, making it the ideal choice for travellers, whether you're on a solo adventure, with your partner, or part of a larger group. The lodge caters to diverse group sizes, offering options ranging from intimate retreats for two to spacious lodgings that can comfortably host up to 9 guests, ensuring a delightful stay for everyone!

Complimentary Amenities

Celebrating its distinctive charm, each lodge unit is meticulously crafted from solid wood, featuring an independent, well-appointed kitchen. This setup makes it effortless for culinary enthusiasts to prepare sumptuous hot pots or BBQ feasts. The lodge also provides dental kits, hair dryers, and towels in all the rooms, along with a range of other amenities such as complimentary Wi-Fi, a standalone cooking area, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a water heater, a dining table set, and cooking facilities. These amenities are here to make your stay as comfortable as possible, so you can travel light and worry-free, whether you're on a family getaway or a weekend retreat.

Food and Beverages

• The on-site restaurant, Naluyan Falls Cafe & Bar operating from 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM.
• This restaurant offers a wide array of delectable dishes crafted to cater to diverse palates. From local Asian delicacies to savoury Western options, their menu is designed to please every taste bud.
• Please note that the restaurant serves no pork.
• Alcohol beverages are available to complement your dining experience.
• For those seeking a quick bite or a taste of local freshness, there is a selection of seasonal fruits such as durians, mangosteens, rambutans, and coconuts (subject to availability).
• To further enhance your convenience, they offer a breakfast service. You can simply place your breakfast order, and their attentive staff will deliver it to your room, allowing you to start your day at your own pace.

Swimming Pool

• The swimming pool is open from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• The swimming pool ranges in depth from 1.1 meters to 1.4 meters, making it suitable for both adults and children.
• Please ensure children are supervised at all times while using the pool as there is no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. We encourage all guests to exercise caution while enjoying the pool area.
• The swimming pool is supplied by a natural river source. In the event of rain or potential flooding, we kindly request that guests promptly vacate the pool area for their safety.
• Access to the swimming pool is restricted to in-house guests only. We kindly request that outsiders refrain from swimming in the pool without prior permission to maintain the comfort of their valued guests.

Important Notes

• Check-in time is at 2:00 PM, and check-out time is at 12:00 PM. Please plan your arrival accordingly to make the most of your stay. 
• Should you require an extra bed, the lodge charges RM70 for each mattress and bedding. Please inform their staff in advance to make the necessary arrangements.
• Breakfast is served daily at Naluyan Falls Café & Bar from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
• The daily breakfast menu is as follows:
• Monday: Chicken porridge, nugget & free flow coffee/tea
• Tuesday: Fried noodle, chicken wing & free flow coffee/tea
• Wednesday: Singapore-style noodles, sausages & free flow coffee/tea
• Thursday: Kampung fried rice with egg, steamed buns & free flow coffee/tea
• Friday: Fried tuey teow, chicken wing & free flow coffee/tea
• Saturday: American breakfast (Chicken ham, half boiled egg, baked bean & sausage) & free flow coffee/tea
• Sunday: Singapore-style noodles with chicken, tapioca & free flow coffee/tea
• Children below 12 years of age must be accompanied by adults in the same room.
• Cashless payment options, including DuitNow and online banking transfers, are available for your convenience.
• Under the regulation from Malaysia's Ministry of Tourism and Culture, foreign tourists are required to pay a Malaysian Tourism Tax (TTX) at a flat rate of MYR10 per room per night regardless of the accommodation's star rating and to be paid upon check-in. Malaysians or permanent residents are exempted from the TTX and is required to present a valid identification upon check-in.

• The game room is open from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
• There are ample power outlets throughout the lodge, including dining area and all rooms. Feel free to charge your devices and stay connected during your stay.
• Due to the natural surroundings, mosquitoes and other insects are common in this area. We recommend bringing insect repellent to ensure a peaceful stay.
• Due to its location in the mountains, there is no cellular signal reception, thereby allowing all visitors to fully immerse themselves in the embrace of nature and enjoy a delightful experience.
