Important Notes
- No smoking in areas where fires are easily started. Strictly NO smoking in the room.
- Please do not bother other guests with loud noises, such as singing or yelling.
- Quiet hours are between 12 AM and 7 AM.
- Please do not fly drones near the guest tents as this will cause a disturbance.
- The following are prohibited in the guest rooms:
- Animals
- Items with a bad/strong smell
- Excessive number of belongings
- Flammable items such as gunpowders, benzine, etc
- Illegal drugs and weapons
- Gambling or other behaviour against public morals is prohibited at Hawun Valley and in the guest rooms.
- Inviting strangers into the guest rooms to use the facilities and amenities is prohibited.
- Guests are subject to additional charges for replacing/repairing broken, missing or damaged facilities.
- Removing items from guest rooms or any part of our building is prohibited.
- Please hang any item or cloth at the hanging rack provided.
- Distribution of business flyers or any other promotional items around Hawun Valley Kiulu is prohibited.
- Please do not leave luggage or precious belongings unattended.
- Ordering food from outside is allowed as long as the dining area/guest room is clean after the meal.
- Left behind belongings and unclaimed luggage will be kept for only 1 month from the check-out date unless otherwise instructed.
- Refund policy:
- 7 days before tour date: No refund
- Up until 8 days before tour date: 50% refund
