- A Tourism Tax (TTx) of RM10 per room per night applies to foreign tourists (effective 1 September 2017). Malaysians and permanent residents are exempted upon presentation of valid identification at check-in.
- All bookings must be confirmed at least 48 hours in advance to allow preparation of equipment and itinerary.
- Night temperatures at 281m elevation can be cooler. Guests are advised to dress warmly.
- Check-in: 2:00PM – 5:30PM; Check-out: 12:00PM. Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- If the tour operator needs to make adjustments, guests may request a date change or activity replacement. No refunds will be provided. Exchange or reschedule only.
- Guests are required to inform the tour operator of any medical conditions, pregnancy, or mobility limitations at the time of booking. Practice modifications are encouraged; participation is at your own risk.
- The tour operator maintains a low-noise environment. Guests are requested to respect communal quiet hours and other participants.
- Outdoor sessions may be moved indoors or rescheduled by the tour operator due to weather or safety considerations.
