Important Notes
- Minimum four (4) adults required to make a booking. Please book at least one (1) day in advance. Full payment must be made before arrival in order to secure your booking.
- Children aged 4-11 years old pay the same rate as adults if sharing a bed. Infants below 3 years old join for free.
- The city tour will take place on either the arrival or the departure day, depending on the flight/ferry schedule. Unused portions are non-refundable.
- Triple-sharing rooms may include a rollaway/folding bed as the third bed option.
- Day 2 is free at leisure, so guests can explore the island at their own pace before departure.
- Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made at least seven (7) days before tour the tour date are eligible for a full refund.
- No refunds for cancellations made within seven (7) days or for no-shows.
- Changes to bookings after payment are subject to approval and a minimum fee of RM 150 per amendment.
- Non-Malaysian guests are required to pay a hotel tourism tax of RM 10 per room per night.
- Meals not listed, tipping, shopping, and other discretionary spending are not included in this package. Please plan and prepare accordingly.
- Airport or ferry terminal transfers are included in your package, but hotel pick-up and drop-off may incur additional charges depending on location.
- This package is based on a join-in basis of shared guide. Private Guide or Tour is available upon request at a reasonable fee. Please inform us when making your bookings.
- Your tour operator reserves the right to alter routes, timetables, itineraries and accommodation should conditions beyond their control render it necessary.
