• This tour package is based on join-in basis of shared guide and transportation. Private Guide or Tour is available upon request at a reasonable fee. Please inform us when making the bookings. 
• Departure time is approximate and varies from different hotels due to traffic conditions, please reconfirm with our staffs. Should the transport be delayed, please call the relevant telephone number as stated on the voucher before making alternative arrangements. 
• Your tour operator reserves the right to alter routes, timetables, itineraries and accommodation reserved should conditions beyond our control render it necessary.
• About Monocolo Boutique Hotel:
• Check-in and check-out times for Monocolo Boutique Hotel is 3:00PM and 12:00PM respectively.
• Monocolo Boutique Hotel is a strictly non-smoking establishment. 
• Pets are not allowed at Monocolo Boutique Hotel. 
• A refundable damage deposit of RM100 is required upon arrival. This deposit will be collected in cash and refunded in full upon check-out, pending room inspection. 
• Guests must be at least 18 years old to check-in. 
• Each room type has a maximum occupancy, ranging from 2 to 5 guests, depending on the room category. 
• Quarter Restaurant Operating Hours: 9:00AM to 10:00PM (closed on Tuesdays).
• The hotel provides wheelchair access and rooms/facilities suitable for disabled guests. 
• Under the regulation from Malaysia's Ministry of Tourism and Culture, foreign tourists are required to pay a Malaysian Tourism Tax (TTX) at a flat rate of MYR10 per room per night regardless of the accommodation's star rating and to be paid upon check-in. Malaysians or permanent residents are exempted from the TTX and is required to present a valid identification upon check-in. 
• High season surcharge is applicable. Please enquire for exact date and prices. 
• About Kinabalu Park & Poring Hot Spring: 
• Poring Hot Spring opening hours: 08:00AM - 5:00PM (Daily).
• Kinabalu Park is at high altitude approximately 1,500 metres above sea level, so it can get cold. 
• Poring Hot Spring Outdoor Bathtubs usage is chargeable at RM10 per tub. 
• There are ten (10) standard and five (05) deluxe Indoor Bathubs at Poring Hot Spring. Rates are at RM25 per hour per standard indoor bathtub and RM35 per hour per deluxe indoor bathtub (subject to availability). 
• The Slide Pool located in Poring Hot Springs is closed every Monday for maintenance. Guests can purchase the entrance fee (at own expense) to Slide Pool for RM3 per person.  
• Kindly take note that camera fees apply before entering Canopy Walk. Cameras will be charged MYR 5 each and Video Cameras / Camcorders will be charged MYR 30 each. 
• Butterfly Farm located at Poring Hot Springs is closed on Mondays. 
• Depending on the season, you may get the rare chance to spot the Rafflesia flowers in bloom, which only lasts for 3 to 5 days. They are located at the private gardens beside Poring Hot Springs. Entrance fees are at MYR 30 per person though this will be at your own expenses. 
• You can choose to wait at the resting area if you do not wish to proceed for any of the nature walks. 
• Effective 1 January 2026, the use of single-use plastic bags is strictly prohibited in all Sabah Parks. This policy is implemented to safeguard the natural environment and protect both marine and forest ecosystems from pollution and long-term harm. Visitors are required to bring their own reusable eco bags when entering any Sabah Parks area.
