Overview

Sandakan, also the second largest city in Sabah, is the main gateway to embark on eco adventures, with plenty of wild wonders and unrivaled beauty. Observe endemic Bornean wildlife along the Kinabatangan river and the extensive cave systems of Gomantong Caves. Visit the Sepilok Orang Utan Rehabilitation Centre and take a tour of the historic Sandakan City, while you're at it!
