Important Note

  • This tour package is based on a join-in basis of shared guide.
  • In the event of unfavourable weather or sea conditions, the tour operator reserves the right to modify or cancel the tour.
  • All guests are encouraged to bring along their own rash guard and wetsuit.
  • Children should be supervised by parents at all times.
  • The facilities on the lodge are not suitable for wheelchairs and strollers.
  • The Aloha Mabul Scuba Lodge has a limited electricity power supply due to the limited resources on the island. Electricity is available at these times:
  • 4:30PM - 8:30AM
  • 11:30AM - 1:30PM.
  • The food and beverages are Muslim-friendly. 
  • Strictly no outside food and drinks are allowed to be brought into Aloha Mabul Scuba Lodge. 
  • At Aloha Mabul Scuba Lodge, rental of life jackets, snorkel gear, and fins is available on a daily basis. The rates are as follows:
  • Mask: RM10/day
  • Snorkel: RM5/day
  • Fins: RM10/day
  • Pregnant women and individuals with a serious medical histories are strictly not permitted on the trip.
  • Hotel pickup service is not available. Guests are responsible for reaching the meeting point on their own.
  • Please arrange the return flight after 3:00PM. The airport shuttle picks up at 12:00PM - 12:15PM at Semporna Jetty.
  • Due to safety concerns, Sabah Parks restricts hiking activities during rainy weather. In that event, hiking will be replaced with snorkelling. In any case, sneakers are a must for hiking. Slippers or sandals are not allowed to be used for either hiking or diving. 
  • The Tun Sakaran Marine Park package is included with the fees for entrance admission, hiking, and ranger. 

Child Policy

  • ⁠Child rates apply to children aged 4-11 years old.
  • ⁠Children aged 3 years and below who do not require an additional bed stay FOC.

Additional Information

  • Your belongings may get wet, so bring waterproof bags to keep them nice and dry!
  • Before going out to have fun under the sun, bring an SPF50+ sunscreen/sunblock and an umbrella to protect your skin from sunburns.
  • Though it is never expected, tipping is always appreciated.
