Important Information

• Motorcycle rental is not included in the package price.
• Motorcycle rental can be arranged upon request at an additional cost, subject to availability.
• Guests requiring motorcycle rental should provide their requirements under the Additional Details section when booking so that a suitable motorcycle can be arranged.
• Fuel and motorcycle-related expenses are not included unless specifically stated otherwise.
• Motorcycle rental terms, security deposits and requirements may vary according to the motorcycle selected.
• Participants must bring their own helmet, riding jacket, gloves, raincoat and other required riding gear.
• The itinerary may be adjusted due to weather, road, safety or operational conditions.

Terms & Conditions

Booking & Payment

• A minimum of 2 participants is required for the tour to proceed.
• A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking.
• The remaining balance must be paid 30 days before departure.
• For bookings made within 30 days of departure, full payment is required.
• All payments are non-refundable. Cancellations are not permitted once the booking is confirmed.

Rider Requirements

• Participants must hold a valid motorcycle riding licence appropriate for the motorcycle being ridden.
• International participants must carry a valid riding licence and, where required, an International Driving Permit (IDP) or other documentation accepted in Malaysia.
• Participants must be experienced and confident riding a motorcycle on public roads.
• The operator may refuse or discontinue participation if a rider is considered unable to operate the motorcycle safely.

Motorcycle & Rider Responsibility

• Riders are responsible for motorcycle damage resulting from negligence, misuse, accidents or failure to follow instructions.
• Any traffic fines, parking penalties or legal violations incurred during the tour are the participant's responsibility.
• Helmets are compulsory while riding.
• Participants must comply with Malaysian traffic laws and follow instructions from the tour leader.

Safety & Conduct

• Dangerous riding, racing, riding under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or behaviour that endangers others is strictly prohibited.
• The operator may remove a participant from the tour for unsafe or prohibited behaviour. No refund will be provided in such cases.

Weather, Route & Itinerary Changes

• Activities and riding routes are subject to weather, road and safety conditions.
• The operator may modify or reroute the itinerary where necessary due to weather, road conditions, safety concerns, operational requirements or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
• Where possible, reasonable alternative arrangements will be made.
• No refund will be provided for unused services resulting from changes or disruptions beyond the operator's reasonable control.

What to Wear

• Comfortable riding attire suitable for long-distance motorcycle travel
• Long pants and covered footwear
• Weather-appropriate outdoor clothing
• Waterproof outerwear or rain protection
• Comfortable clothing for sightseeing and evening activities

What to Bring

• Valid motorcycle riding licence
• International Driving Permit (IDP), where applicable
• Passport and necessary travel documents
• Own motorcycle riding gear, including helmet, jacket and gloves
• Raincoat or waterproof riding gear
• Comfortable shoes
• Personal medication, if required
• Sunscreen and insect repellent
• Personal toiletries
• Sufficient clothing for an 8-day journey
• Waterproof bag or protection for valuables and electronic devices
