Important Notes

• This tour is conducted on a join-in basis with shared transportation and a shared guide. Private tours are available upon request at an additional charge.
• This tour must be booked in advance and is subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Activity Schedule: Pickup is approximately 08:00–08:30 AM, with the activity starting at approximately 10:00 AM and ending at approximately 12:00 PM, excluding lunch time. Departure and return times are approximate and may vary depending on traffic, weather, river conditions, and operational requirements.
• Suitable for participants aged 5 to 65 years old. Children below 12 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• Children aged 0–3 years are not permitted to join this tour.
• Pregnant women, wheelchair users, and senior citizens above 70 years old are not permitted to participate.
• Participants should be in good physical health, as this tour involves outdoor adventure activities.
• All participants are required to provide their general personal information for passenger insurance purposes and sign a Liability Release Form before the tour begins.
• Participants must follow the tour guide's safety briefing, instructions, and activity guidelines throughout the tour.
• Guests who are deemed unsafe to operate the ATV may be required to ride as a passenger (pillion rider) with the guide.
• For Double ATV, the combined weight of both riders must not exceed 120 kg. Availability is limited and subject to confirmation.
• Please expect to get wet during the rafting activity. We recommend bringing a change of clothes, towel, and a dry bag or waterproof bag to protect your belongings.
• The tour operator reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the itinerary due to adverse weather, unsafe river conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. The final decision will be made by the tour operator based on the conditions on the day, and any alternative arrangement or refund will be provided where applicable.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours before departure are non-refundable. No-shows or guests who fail to arrive within 5 minutes of the designated departure time will be considered absent, with no compensation or refund provided.
• A full refund may be considered in cases of flight disruptions, emergencies, or illness, subject to submission of valid supporting documents and the operator's approval.
• Guests are encouraged to purchase personal travel insurance for additional protection during the tour.
• Peak season surcharges may apply during peak periods, where applicable.
• Activity duration, operating hours, pickup times, and other operational details are subject to change without prior notice.
• Tipping is optional and may be given at guests' discretion as appreciation for excellent service.
