Important Information

  • Meet-up time: 9:30 AM
  • Meeting point: Jetty next to Kafe Abang J, Kudat town
  • The boat journey to the fish farm takes approximately 8–10 minutes.
  • All prices are per person and bookings must be made at least 4 days in advance.
  • Activities operate daily from 9:00 AM–6:30 PM, subject to weather and sea conditions.
  • Snorkelling, swimming and sunset viewing are subject to conditions and guest suitability.
  • Life jackets are compulsory during boat transfers and water activities.
  • Wear light clothing or swimwear with non-slip footwear. Bring sunscreen, hat, towel and a waterproof bag.
  • Fresh water is available for rinsing, but shower facilities are not available.
  • Seafood menus vary according to the catch of the day and seasonal availability.
  • Hotel or accommodation transfers are not included, unless otherwise stated.

Child Policy

  • 0–3 years: Free
  • 4–12 years: Child rate
  • 13 years and above: Adult rate
  • Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

  • Bookings must be made at least 4 days in advance.
  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the activity are eligible for a full refund.
  • No refund applies for late cancellations or no-shows.
  • Kim Men Eco-Fish Farm reserves the right to postpone or cancel activities due to unsafe weather or sea conditions.
  • If the operator cancels the activity due to unsafe conditions, guests will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
