Normally we will only send out one receipt. If you get multiple receipts, the error might be from the payment platform. You can check your bank account balance a few days after you booked your trip. Contact your bank to release the funds if the authorization is still there.

How can I get a refund?

Refunds will be based on our cancellation policies. No refunds will be made for cancellations after the tour has commenced or for any unutilised tour services such as transfer, meals & accommodation, sightseeing, or other services. If a refund is required, it will be credited back to you using the same method as when you made payment. Do take note that refunds will be processed within 14 - 28 working days.

I haven't received my refund. What should I do?

Do I get my refund through bank or by cash?

Different activity requires different confirmation time. Generally, the confirmation will either be instantly or within 24-hour time.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will be able to fill in your particulars. Please note that we cannot guarantee your special request can always be met especially where meals are in buffet style. Kinabalu Park is at high altitude approximately 1500 meter above sea level, it can get cold.
Stay warm! You may bring a sweater along with you as it can get a wee bit chilly up in Kinabalu Park.
Expect more crowds than usual during the weekends and public holidays, as it is also a popular getaway for locals.
The Canopy Walkway is more than 30 meter above the ground, it is not recommended for those with heart diseases, high blood pressure, fear of heights and vertigo.
Poring Hot Spring Outdoor Bathtubs usage is chargeable at RM10 per tub.
There are ten (10) standard and five (05) deluxe Indoor Bathubs at Poring Hot Spring. Rates are at RM25 per hour per standard indoor bathtub and RM35 per hour per deluxe indoor bathtub (subject to availability).
The Slide Pool located in Poring Hot Springs is closed every Monday for maintenance. Guests are able to purchase the entrance fee (at own expense) to Slide Pool for RM3 per person.
Camera and video fees are applicable for Canopy Walk. Cameras will be charged MYR 5 each and Video Cameras / Camcoders will be charged MYR 30 each.
