How can I get a refund?

Refunds will be based on our cancellation policies. No refunds will be made for cancellations after the tour has commenced or for any unutilised tour services such as transfer, meals & accommodation, sightseeing, or other services. If a refund is required, it will be credited back to you using the same method as when you made payment. Do take note that refunds will be processed within 14 - 28 working days.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will be able to fill in your particulars. Please note that we cannot guarantee your special request can always be met especially where meals are in buffet style.
