- The guide services provided are on a private tour basis.
- Meals and accommodation for the guide (if applicable) must be covered by the charterer during the charter period.
- It is compulsory for every coach chartered under the Authorities Act to include a Licensed Tourist Guide.
- Additional charges apply for guiding services outside Kota Kinabalu city limits.
- Transportation can be arranged upon request at an additional cost.
- All guides are licensed under the Ministry of Tourism, Arts & Culture (MOTAC) and comply with official tourism regulations.
- The maximum guiding duration is according to the selected package (Half-Day: 4 hours / Full-Day: 8 hours). Overtime charges may apply beyond the agreed duration.
- The guide’s service hours are typically between 08:00 Hrs and 20:00 Hrs, unless arranged otherwise in advance.
- Entrance fees to attractions are not included and should be paid directly by travelers where applicable.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the tour operator reserves the right to adjust itineraries or assignments to ensure service quality and safety.
- Itinerary and timing are flexible and can be customized based on your preferences.
- Tipping is optional but always appreciated as a gesture of gratitude for excellent service.
