Important Notes 

Booking & Payment

• This tour is based on a join-in basis with shared guide and transportation.
• A private guide/tour can be arranged upon request for an additional fee (please inform us when booking).
• Bookings are on a first-come, first-served basis. For last-minute bookings, please contact customer service.
• Insurance coverage (RM40 per person) is compulsory and payable in cash on site.
• The Paragliding + ATV package is valid only for the ticket purchased (single or double). If you’d like to bring along another person, an additional ticket will be required.

Safety & Requirements

• Guests must attend the briefing session and follow all instructions for a safe and smooth tour.
• A Liability Waiver Form must be signed before the tour.
• Children aged 3–11 must ride with an adult. Adults can choose between a single or double ride.
• The ATV activity is not suitable for individuals with heart disease or high blood pressure, fear of heights, pregnancy and recent surgery.
• Double-ride ATVs have a maximum weight limit of 130 kg.
• The maximum combined capacity for paragliding is 120kg (Adult + Pilot).

Weather & Operator Rights

• The ATV operator reserves the right to cancel or adjust the trip based on weather or safety conditions.
• The highland region near Mount Kinabalu experiences frequent rain. The ATV ride will continue in light rain, but may be canceled in cases of thunderstorms or landslides.
• The operator reserves the right to adjust the itinerary, date, route, meals, guide, or schedule due to uncontrollable circumstances (e.g., weather, road conditions, or natural disasters).

Cancellation & Refund

• Guests arriving 15 minutes later than the assigned departure time will be considered a “No Show” and non-refundable.
• If the ATV activity cannot proceed due to unforeseen events, a minimum fee of MYR180 per person will be charged.

Additional Information

• GoPro rental is not included in this package. Kindly check with SabahTravel in advance if you require a GoPro rental so we can assist to arrange it for you.
• Children aged 3-11 are allowed to join for free. It is compulsory for children to ride the ATV with an adult.
• You are required to wear a helmet throughout the activity for your safety.
• Before the activity starts, remember to apply SPF50+ sunscreen/sunblock to protect your skin from sunburn.
• Though it is never expected, tipping is always appreciated.
