• Departure Point: Your departure jetty will be from Jesselton Point Jetty. Please check the Operator details carefully on your voucher for the correct meeting point.

• Return Time Variability: Return times are estimates and can vary due to sea conditions or unforeseen circumstances. Please allow flexibility in your schedule after the tour. Contact the operator (details on voucher) if significantly delayed.

• Cancellation Policy: Should the tour be cancelled by the Operator due to safety reasons, we will assist with providing alternatives or applicable refunds.
• Flight Departure Warning: Due to the possibility of weather-related delays impacting boat returns, we strongly advise against booking this tour on the same day as your departure flight.

Health & Participant Suitability

• Boat Journey Suitability: The boat journey to Sepanggar Island involves open sea travel (approx. 15-20 minutes) and can be bumpy. This trip may not be suitable for:
• Pregnant women

• Individuals with recent surgery (especially back/spinal)
• Individuals with significant back problems, injuries, or related conditions (e.g., osteoporosis).
