We had a great time and our guide Tan was very informative. We saw proboscis monkeys and monitor lizards. We loved the fireflies too but that part of the experience is very quick. Overall recommend the experience. The dinner was very tasty and enjoyable.

Worth to go, nice trip, nice sunset, nice service!
We recently booked the Mari Mari Cultural Village tour through Sabah Travel, and it completely exceeded our expectations.Our guide was absolutely great—very knowledgeable and had excellent communication throughout the day. It was incredibly interesting to learn about the rich history and culture of the different Sabah tribes.I was originally quite concerned about walking up and down the steps with my dodgy knees, but it was completely doable and not too hard at all. Aside from the steps, the main pathways throughout the village are fully sealed, which made the rest of the walking very easy and comfortable.A real highlight of the tour was the interactive aspect. We were able to try samples of different native, freshly cooked foods and drinks, including a small taste of the traditional alcohol that they make on-site.If you are visiting Sabah, this tour is a wonderful, educational, and delicious way to experience local history. Booking through Sabah Travel was seamless, and the entire experience was fantastic!
