Trip was great, although steam engine was being repaired so had diesel engine. We'll looked after and guide was great. Lovely beach where we stopped, despite being next to oil refinery. Minor issue, in engine broke down 500m from station so had to get off train and walk back to station. All in all worth the trip and good value

This tour gives you an opportunity to first stay in a nice hotel and have a great dinner at around 1500 meters above the sea level. The hiking starts the next day around 9 a. m. We went 6 km uphill with change of the height of around 1400 meters. It was a challenging and a very beautiful hike! Next day we woke up early and continued the hike around 2:30 a.m. It was again a challenge, where one first sees a great amount of stars and then the sunset, which is breathtaking! The guide I went with was very attentive and always checked if I am doing fine. So thank you very much Jason! I would recommend this hike to anyone who has either a really good fitness level or likes to challenge themselves!

We saw the big 5, twice, including a small herd of elephants. The accommodation, transfers and activities were very well organised. All of the guides were knowledgeable and friendly, food was good and Sabah hotel at the end was a lovely treat. Highly recommended trip!

The tour was well organized and the guide attended us well.

We had a great time and our guide Tan was very informative. We saw proboscis monkeys and monitor lizards. We loved the fireflies too but that part of the experience is very quick. Overall recommend the experience. The dinner was very tasty and enjoyable.
