How To Use My Ticket

Visitors will receive the booking confirmation slip with QR code (PDF) after completing booking with successful payment. The slip will be required to be shown to Desa Dairy Farm ticketing staff upon arrival at the main entrance gate for verification, body temperature check/scan and MySejahtera registration.

Price Structure

All prices include the Desa entrance fee (free for infants & OKU) plus RM3 SabahTravel.com service, processing & online payment fees.

Activities Schedule

• Milk Processing and Packaging Viewing (Through viewing panel): 8:00AM - Order completed
• Calf Feeding Activities (Animal Break Time): 8:30AM - 4:30PM (12:00PM - 1:30PM)
• Milk Process Viewing (Through viewing panel): 2:00PM - 4:00PM
• Cow Barn Viewing: 8:30AM - 12:30PM

Important Notes

• Effective 01 April onwards, Visits to the Desa Dairy Farm will be limited to three sessions daily comprising 800 visitors each session as follows:

1. Morning Session (8:00AM - 11:00AM)
2. Noon Session (11:00AM - 2:00PM)
3. Afternoon Session (2:00PM - 5:00PM)

• Intended visitors for any confirmed ticket cannot be replaced. Violation of this may result in entry being denied.
• No walk-in visitors will be entertained if total booking or entry for respective session has reached limit.
• Child rate is applicable based on the year of birth, not the birthday month. 
• Any late arrival exceeding the session limit will not be entertained and will not be allowed entry.
• Visitors MUST comply with visiting session limit. No extension of visiting time will be given for late arrivals/entry due to the fault of the visitors.
• Cancellation of visit after ticket have been confirmed will not be entertained.
• Only change of date allowed during rescheduling. No changes allowed for other detail including guest’s details.
• Visitors MUST be self-prepared for any possibilities of bad weather including to bring own umbrella or rain coat.
• Visitors are not allowed to take shelter inside the main building once number of visitors in the premise have reached entry quota limit. Visitors for subsequent visiting sessions are STRICTLY advised to remain in their own transportation to avoid mass crowding.
• Visitors are STRICTLY advised to take shelter in own vehicle to avoid mass crowding at one place.
• There shall be no last minute rescheduling allowed due to inclement / bad weather.
• There shall be no extension of visiting session caused by inclement weather conditions.
• Please double check your details and date before proceed with the reservation as once booking has been confirmed. No amendment/ replacement of names and dates is allowed once the booking is made.
• Rescheduling of visits are allowed for ONE TIME ONLY at least 3 DAYS PRIOR to initial date of visit registered (subject to availability).
