  • Operating Hours: 11:00AM to 12:00AM daily 
  • It is recommended to book your session in advance to avoid disappointment, especially on weekends and public holidays. 
  • Kindly plan to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals will result in a shortened treatment time. 
  • Customers are advised not to bring any jewellery or valuables with them. AkiSpa will not be held responsible for any loss or damage of personal belongings. 
  • Guests with certain medical conditions (pregnancy, recent surgery, skin conditions, high blood pressure) should consult a doctor before booking. 
  • Inform your therapist of any injuries, allergies, or medical conditions prior to treatment. The spa reserves the right to refuse treatment if deemed unsafe for the guest. 
  • Cancellations or changes should be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges. 
  • Though it is never expected, tipping is always appreciated.
