Booking & Availability:

• Limited Capacity: Please note there is a maximum of 15 ATV units available per session. Bookings are subject to availability.
• Payment: Full payment is required via SabahTravel.com to confirm your booking.

Participant Requirements:

• Minimum Age: Riders must be 16 years old or above.
• Maximum Weight Limit: The maximum combined weight limit per Double Rider ATV is 120kg. 
• Liability Waiver: All participants are required to read and sign a Liability Waiver Form before the activity commences.

Safety & Riding Rules:

• Safety Briefing: All participants must attend the pre-ride safety briefing and follow the guide's instructions at all times.
• Helmet Required: Helmets (provided) must be worn throughout the entire activity.
• Ride Responsibly: Ride cautiously and maintain a safe speed as advised by your guide. Speeding and reckless riding are strictly prohibited.
• Damage Liability: Participants may be held financially responsible for any damage caused to the ATV due to negligence, reckless operation, or failure to follow safety instructions.

Weather & Cancellations:

• Weather Dependent: This activity may be cancelled or postponed due to heavy rain, poor visibility, or other unsafe conditions. Your safety is the top priority.
• Cancellation Policy: If the activity is cancelled by the operator due to weather after commencement, the applicable refund policy will be followed.

Practical Information:

• What to Prepare: Wear comfortable attire suitable for outdoor activity (long pants recommended), closed-toe shoes (no sandals/slippers), sunscreen, and sunglasses. Bring a small bag for essentials if needed (consider potential mud/dust).
• Personal Belongings: Secure your valuables. SabahTravel.com and the Tour Operator are not liable for loss or damage to personal items.
• Tipping: Gratuities for your guide are optional but always appreciated for excellent service.
