Booking & Cancellation

  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made by guests, late arrivals, or no-shows.
  • If the activity is cancelled by the operator due to operational, technical, or safety reasons, guests will be offered either a rescheduled date or a full refund, where applicable.
  • The activity will continue in light rain. However, if severe weather or unsafe conditions occur, the operator may reschedule the activity or provide refund at their discretion.

Arrival

  • Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your selected departure time for registration, safety briefing and ATV training.
  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened experience or cancellation without refund, depending on operational requirements.

Rider Requirements

  • The minimum age to operate an ATV is 16 years old.
  • Riders under 18 years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
  • Passengers are welcome! Each ATV can carry a maximum of 2 participants, with a combined weight limit of 220 kg for safety purposes.
  • Participants should be physically fit and must not join if pregnant, intoxicated, or suffering from medical conditions that may affect their ability to ride safely.

Safety Guidelines

  • Attendance at the safety briefing and ATV training session is compulsory before the ride begins.
  • Helmets and all safety equipment provided by the operator must be worn throughout the activity.
  • Riders must follow all instructions given by the guide at all times.
  • Reckless riding, racing, stunts, drifting, using mobile phones while riding, or leaving the designated trail are strictly prohibited.
  • Guides reserve the right to stop the activity or remove participants who fail to follow safety instructions, without refund.

Equipment & Liability

  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused by negligent or reckless use of the ATV.
  • Normal wear and tear or mechanical faults are not the responsibility of the guest.
  • Personal travel insurance is not included. Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase insurance that covers outdoor high-risk activities before participating.
  • By joining this activity, participants acknowledge the inherent risks associated with off-road ATV riding and agree to participate at their own risk.

Environmental Responsibility

  • Please respect the natural surroundings by staying on designated trails and disposing of rubbish responsibly.
  • Avoid disturbing wildlife or damaging vegetation during the ride.
