Important Notes
- Operating Hours: 10:00AM to 9:00PM daily.
- It is recommended to book your session in advance to avoid disappointment.
- Kindly plan to arrive 15 to 20 minutes before your scheduled appointment to give you time to check in, receive your spa introduction, and receive your complimentary foot soak. Late arrivals will result in reduced treatment time.
- Notice of cancellation or rescheduling must be given at least 8 hours before your scheduled appointment.
- Customers are advised not to bring any jewellery or valuables with them. Jari Jari Spa will not be held responsible for any loss or damage of personal belongings.
- Customers must be 18 years old and above. Limited services are available for children aged 8 to 12 years old, but a parent or guardian must be present throughout.
- Please disclose any allergies, health concerns, or medical conditions you may have so that the most appropriate treatment can be recommended to you. Jari Jari Spa will not be held responsible for any unforeseen allergic reactions to the treatments received. Feel free to speak to your therapist regarding any concerns or individual requirements you may have.
- Use of cellular phones inside the spa is strictly prohibited. Customers are kindly requested to keep noise levels to a minimum.
- Smoking inside the spa is strictly prohibited.
- Consumption of alcohol or heavy meals before your treatment is not advisable.
- Jari Jari Spa reserves the right to remove any clients from the spa premises for any behaviour deemed inappropriate. Such clients will still be charged in full for the treatment package, as ordered, at the published rate.
- All treatments and services are automatically subject to Sales and Service Tax (SST) charges.
- Though it is never expected, tipping is always appreciated.
