  • Pre-booking Required: Customers must book in advance. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals will result in a shortened treatment time.
  • Pricing: All rates are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and include 0% Goods and Services Tax (GST).
  • Booking Changes: If you need to change your booking, please inform the operator at least 1 day in advance.
  • Package Upgrades/Changes: Any upgrades or changes to your package will incur additional charges, which must be paid directly to the operator.

  • No Show Policy: If you do not show up without prior notice, your booking will be forfeited, and no refunds will be given.
