Important Notes

1. Confirmed tickets are strictly valid for the nationality type and number of visitors booked. If the nationality or number of visitors differs from the booking details, a new booking will be required.
2. Child ticket rates apply to all nationalities and are based on the year of birth, not the birth month.
3. Visitors must comply with the visiting duration and operating hours stated on the ticket. Visitors arriving less than 30 minutes before closing time may not be allowed entry.
4. Tickets are non-refundable once confirmed. Rescheduling is allowed only once (1 time) and must be made at least three (3) days prior to the initial visit date, subject to availability.
5. All package prices include the entrance fee, as well as SabahTravel.com’s service charge, processing, and online payment fees.
6. Please double-check all visitor details and the selected date before confirming your booking. Once confirmed, no amendments, changes of nationality, or visitor count adjustments are allowed unless rescheduling is approved under the stated conditions.
