How To Use My Ticket

  • Operating Hours: 9:30AM - 5:00PM
  • Reserve your costumes 2 days or earlier in advance to collect measurement.
  • Present your mobile or printed ticket at the outlet located in Wisma Sabah.

How To Get There

  • Address: Wisma Sabah, Lot G2, Ground Floor, Jln Tun Fuad Stephens, 88000 Kota Kinabalu, Sabah

Rental Duration

  • 8-hour Rental - Collection is at 9:30 AM and returns are due by 5:00 PM.
  • 24-hour Rental - Collection is at 9:30 AM and returns are due by 9:30 AM on the subsequent day.

Reservation Policy

  • A cash deposit is required upon costume collection. 
  • Bookings should be made at least 2 days in advance, or earlier, as costume preparation and inventory allocation are required.
  • Late returns will incur a RM100 per day renting fee (additional 24 hours rental), or any delay will deduct RM20 per hour from the deposit. 
  • Cancellations must be notified at least 24 hours before the collection date. Failure to inform will result in a fully charge per costume as compensation fees. 

Important Notes

  • The operator reserves the right to refuse a deposit refund if the costume is damaged beyond repair.
  • The operator only provide basic accessories for the Full Traditional Set package.
  • The deposit will be refunded upon the return of costumes in good condition. 
  • The operator has the right to post all photos taken by guests on social media platforms. 
  • Ensure to collect your costume directly from Wisma Sabah for the perfect fit. 
  • Though not expected, tipping is highly recommended.
