- Your session time starts from the agreed meeting point and runs until the end of the scheduled duration.
- Please provide all guest details and preferences prior to your trip so your experience can be tailored to you.
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are eligible for a partial refund. Last-minute cancellations are non-refundable.
- Unless otherwise specified, Snapjoy reserves the right to use photos and videos for promotional purposes.
- Edited media will be delivered digitally within 7-14 days. Expedited delivery (3-5 days) is available as an optional add-on.
- Snapjoy accommodates individuals, couples, families, and groups of all sizes. Larger groups may require additional coordination, which will be arranged accordingly.
