Important Notes

• Age Requirement: Guests must be aged 21 and above to purchase or be served alcoholic beverages, in accordance with Malaysian regulations. Valid identification may be requested for age verification.
• Check-in: Begins at 7:30PM at Sutera Harbour, Kota Kinabalu. The exact meeting point will be shared before the event.
• Docked Event: North Borneo Cruises will remain docked throughout the programme. No sailing is included.
• Drinks: Each guest receives 3 cans of beer, redeemable throughout the event. Non-alcoholic drinks are also available. Additional alcoholic drinks and soft drinks may be purchased on board.
• Beer Pong: Beer is used during the Beer Pong Duo Battle activity.
• Food & Beverages: Outside food and drinks are not permitted on board.
• Dress Code: Smart casual.
• Programme: Activity timings and arrangements may change due to weather, safety or operational requirements.
• Onboard Safety: Guests must follow all crew instructions and safety announcements. Exercise caution when walking along the jetty, especially in dim lighting.
• Smoking: Permitted only in designated areas. Cigarette butts and other waste must not be disposed of overboard.
• Guest Conduct: Respectful behaviour towards fellow guests and crew is expected. Illegal activities and violent or unruly behaviour are strictly prohibited.
