- A minimum of 2 adults is required to make a booking.
- All bookings must be made at least 2 days in advance.
- Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellations are available for bookings cancelled 7 days or more before the tour date.
- No-shows or cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour date are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
- Amendments to confirmed bookings are subject to approval and will incur a charge of RM150 per amendment.
- This tour is not recommended for pregnant women or individuals with hypertension, heart disease, asthma, or epilepsy.
- Hotel pick-up and drop-off are included for accommodations within Kota Kinabalu City. A surcharge of RM30/pax/way applies to outskirt hotels. Kindly take note that outskirt hotel pick-ups may require earlier departure times and are subject to availability.
- Guests are encouraged to be ready at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time. Late arrivals will not be accommodated, and no refunds will be issued for missed pick-ups.
- This package is based on a join-in basis of shared guide and transport vehicle. Private Guide or Tour is available upon request at a reasonable fee. Please inform your tour operator when making the booking.
- Your safety is a top priority. Should the weather or sea conditions render it unsafe to proceed with this tour, the tour operator reserves the right to change or cancel your tour.
