- Guests may choose between the 4D3N or 5D4N Pre-Event and Post-Event packages, depending on whether they prefer the Kinabatangan wildlife tour before or after the festival.
Child Policy
- Child rates apply to children aged 4 to 12 years old.
- A child's age is determined strictly by the year of birth relative to the tour year (2026), regardless of the birth month or date.
Tour Operations & Safety
- All tours, river cruises, boat trips, night walks, and other outdoor activities are subject to weather, river, road, operational, and safety conditions.
- The tour operator reserves the right to modify the itinerary, activity sequence, or tour arrangements without prior notice if necessary for operational reasons or in the interest of guest safety and comfort.
- Children must be supervised by their parent(s) or legal guardian(s) at all times throughout the tour.
- Life jackets are mandatory during Kinabatangan River cruises and must be worn correctly at all times while on the boat.
Optional Add-ons
- The Sepilok Jazz VIP Upgrade is available at an additional charge and is subject to the selected package duration. The upgrade includes complimentary free-flow beverages (including alcoholic beverages), food, and an exclusive meet-and-greet session with selected Sepilok Jazz artists.
Guest Responsibilities
- Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering personal accidents, medical expenses, baggage loss, trip cancellation, and personal liability before travelling.
- Foreign tourists are required to pay the Malaysian Tourism Tax (TTx) of RM10 per room per night upon hotel check-in, in accordance with Malaysian Government regulations.
