The package includes a well-maintained, air-conditioned vehicle (sedans, MPVs, or vans), with driver, fuel, and parking fees covered. All you need to pay for are accommodation, meals, and entrance fees.

Optional activities like snorkeling or island hopping can be added for extra adventure. Simply relax and enjoy the ease of exploring at your own schedule.

Terms & Conditions

  • You will receive confirmation of your booking within 1 working day. If you do not receive any confirmation, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
  • For multi-day charters, the charterer (you) will be responsible for covering the meals and accommodation expenses for both the tour guide and driver.
  • All children aged 0 to 12 years must be securely seated in an approved child safety seat. We offer Baby Car Seats (for infants aged 0-2) and Child Booster Seats (for children aged 3-11) for rent. Please check with our tour consultant for availability.

Pick Up Information

  • Present your mobile or printed voucher upon pick up.  
  • The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time, if applicable). 
  • Write your hotel name/ pick-up address and pick-up time under the remarks section on the checkout page. 
  • If there are any changes regarding the pick-up time, please inform the customer support team at least 24 hours before departure. 
  • Arrive at the hotel lobby 15 minutes before your selected pick-up time. 
  • Pick-up coverage locations include hotels, resorts, or residences within the Sandakan city area only.  
  • The charter rates are applicable for rental/hiring time between 7:00AM - 10:00PM daily (for a maximum of 8 hours for a full day's charter). Additional charges may apply for night service, which will be determined on an ad hoc basis.

Surcharge Information

  • All surcharges are payable in cash directly to the driver.  
  • Outskirt destinations outside of the Sandakan region are subject to surcharges and availability at the time of booking. 
  • Midnight Charge or Night Service: An additional night service charge of 50% of the original price would apply if you booked the transfer between 10:00PM - 7:00AM daily. 
  • Peak Season Surcharge: An additional night service charge of 50% of the original price would apply for the festive season.

Pickup and drop-off can be arranged at your hotel, the airport, or any specified location in Sabah. We’re happy to assist with route planning and stopovers for your convenience. Simply provide the exact locations when making your booking.

Can I modify my booking or extend the rental period?

Yes, booking adjustments and rental extensions are possible, subject to vehicle and driver availability. Please note that changes after confirmation may incur additional charges. Contact us promptly to arrange any modifications.

How far in advance should I book the multi-day service?

To secure availability, we recommend booking at least 3–5 days in advance. For last-minute requests, please contact us directly, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
