Important Notes

  • Present your mobile or printed voucher when being picked up.
  • The voucher is valid only for the specified date and time.
  • Please provide your pick-up address and preferred time in the 'Additional Details' section after selecting your local operator.
  • Notify our customer support team at least 24 hours in advance if there are any changes to your pick-up time.
  • Arrive 15 minutes early at the pick-up location (e.g., hotel lobby) to ensure a smooth process.
  • Pick-up locations are limited to hotels within the Kota Kinabalu city area and Kota Kinabalu International Airport (KKIA).
  • Maximum 6 pax per vehicle. Any additional pax will require booking an additional vehicle. 
  • Outskirt destinations outside of the Kota Kinabalu region are subject to surcharges and availability at the time of booking. 
  • The rate is based on a Per car basis.

Day Rental with Local Driver

  • Rental Hours: Available for rental between 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM, with a rental duration of up to 10 hours.
  • Flexible Timing: You can select any start time between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM (e.g., 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM).
  • Night Service: For rentals outside of 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM, additional charges apply. Please enquire with us before booking so we can confirm availability and provide further details.

Additional Information

  • Children aged 0–12 must use an approved child safety seat suited to their age and size. Baby car seats (0–2 years) and booster seats (3–11 years) are available for rent. Please check with your tour consultant for availability.
  • Vehicle Inspection: We recommend following our staff during the vehicle inspection and taking photos/videos for your records.
  • If you cannot find your pick-up location/counter or the supplier does not arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled time, please contact us immediately.
