  • Please show the printed voucher or the e-voucher from your phone upon pick-up.   
  • For the transfer to Tawau Airport, please provide your hotel name, pick-up address, and pick-up time in the remarks section on the checkout page.  
  • If you are flying into Tawau Airport, please provide your hotel name, pick-up address, and desired pick-up time in the notes section on the checkout page.   
  • Please be ready at the designated location at least 15 minutes before your pick-up time. Your tour operator will not provide refunds for late arrivals and no-shows.  
  • Your booking is not inclusive of entrance fees, activity tickets, or tour guides.

  • Crossover SUV: 1-5 pax, 2-3 medium (24”) suitcases 
  • Family MPV: 1-8 pax, 3-5 medium (24”) suitcases 
  • Van: 5-12 pax, 4-6 large suitcases, depending on size 
  • Mini Bus: 5-20 pax, 7-10 large suitcases, depending on size 
  • Note: Extra luggage may require an additional vehicle / charges 
  • Additional stops are available at extra cost. Kindly inform us of your request at the time of booking. 
  • You are given a 90-minute grace period after flight arrival. Please inform immediately of any flight delays to avoid additional charges. 
  • Surcharges apply for pick-up and drop-off locations outside of the specified zones. Please enquire regarding special requests.   
  • Price rate is charged on a Per Pax Basis.
