Important Notes

  • Take note that this package does not include a driver or guide. 
  • Drivers must possess a valid driving license (International Driving License for foreigners) and be at least 18 years old to legally drive in Malaysia. 
  • A deposit is required and must be paid directly to the supplier upon collection of car keys. 
  • The price stated does not include car insurance. Car insurance is available for purchase at an additional fee, payable directly to the supplier upon collection of car keys. 
  • Drivers will be held fully responsible for any damages, accidents, or violations incurred during the rental period. 
  • Additional charges apply for vehicle pick-up or return outside of normal operating hours. 
  • A late return fee is charged hourly – MYR50/hour if returned after 12:00PM, and MYR35/hour if after 11:00PM.

How to Use My Ticket

  • Proceed to the designated pick-up location. 
  • Please bring your identification (MyKad or Passport), driving license, and a copy of your SabahTravel booking voucher. 
  • For smoother registration, it is advisable to book your vehicle under the name of the person who will be driving. 
  • A rental agreement must be signed, and a refundable cash deposit of MYR200/vehicle is required (cash preferred). 
  • Upon completion of your rental, the supplier will verify the vehicle’s return location and time and your security deposit will be returned. Please note that returns after the scheduled time will incur additional hourly charges.

Additional Information

  • We strongly recommend participating in the vehicle inspection with our staff and documenting the condition through photos or videos for your own records. 
  • Please notify us if you cannot locate the pick-up area or if your supplier has not arrived within 5 minutes of the scheduled rental time.
