Participant Requirements

• This package is strictly for certified divers only.
• A valid scuba diving certification card must be presented during registration.
• All participants must be medically fit for scuba diving.

Child Policy

• Minimum age: 10 years old.
• Children aged 10–14 years must possess a valid Junior Open Water Diver certification (or equivalent) and be accompanied by a certified adult.

• This tour operates on a join-in basis, where transportation and the guide are shared with other guests. If you prefer a private tour or private guide, please contact the SabahTravel.com team when making your booking. Additional charges may apply.
• For your safety, the itinerary may be adjusted or the tour may be postponed or cancelled if weather or sea conditions are considered unsafe.
• Pickup and departure times are approximate and may vary depending on hotel location and traffic conditions. If your transport is delayed, please contact the operator using the contact details provided on your booking voucher before making alternative arrangements.
• The tour operator may make reasonable changes to the itinerary, route, schedule, or accommodation when necessary due to operational requirements or circumstances beyond their control.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

• Full payment is required to confirm your booking.
• Bookings are subject to availability.
• If the tour operator is unable to operate the tour before full payment is received, any payment already made will be fully refunded.
• After your booking is confirmed, the tour may only be cancelled or changed if unexpected circumstances beyond the operator's control occur, such as severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.
• If the tour cannot proceed for these reasons, the operator will arrange an alternative date or provide a refund where applicable, subject to the operator's policy.
• The operator cannot provide compensation for additional expenses or losses caused by circumstances beyond their control, including:
• Flight or train delays or cancellations
• Visa delays or rejections
• Government closure of attractions
• Service interruptions at hotels or other third-party providers
• Illness, injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance before travelling.

Your insurance should ideally cover:

• Medical treatment and emergency assistance
• Personal accidents
• Trip cancellation or interruption
• Loss or delay of baggage and personal belongings

Any personal medical expenses, hospital fees, or other costs incurred during the trip will be the responsibility of the guest.
