• Children below 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult and can only participate in the snorkelling activity (if uncertified). 
• This package is based on a join-in basis of shared guide and transport vehicle. Private Guide or Tour is available upon request at a reasonable fee. Please inform us when making the bookings. 
• Your safety is our top priority. Should the weather or sea conditions render it unsafe to proceed with this tour, we reserve the right to change or cancel your tour. 
• Departure time is approximate and varies from different hotels due to traffic conditions. Should the transport be delayed, please call the operator as stated on the voucher before making alternative arrangements. 
• The tour operator reserves the right to alter routes, timetables, itineraries and accommodation reserved should conditions beyond our control render it necessary. 
• Cancellation Policy: 
• The tour operator reserves the right to cancel the tour before you have paid the full price of the trip. If this happens, any amount you have already paid will be refunded. 
• After full payment is made, the tour may be cancelled only if unavoidable circumstances beyond your tour operator’s control occur. These include civil or political unrest, terrorism, natural disasters, or other force majeure events. 
• Compensation will not be provided in situations where the tour operator is forced to cancel or change the tour due to force majeure or other external beyond the tour operator's control. The tour operator is not responsible for unforeseen circumstances such as: 
• Flight or train delays or cancellations 
• Failure of embassies or consulates to issue visas 
• Inaccessibility of certain tourist attractions due to government actions 
• Actions or services of accommodations and other facilities during the tour 
• Incidents such as injury, illness, or loss of personal belongings 
• Travel insurance is mandatory for all guests. 
• Each guest must arrange their own insurance with a reputable insurer at the time of booking. 
• Insurance should cover the full duration of the tour, including personal injury, medical expenses, repatriation expenses, loss of luggage, and cancellation or curtailment expenses. 
• If you become ill, all hospital expenses, doctor fees, and repatriation costs are your responsibility. The tour operator will not be liable for any refund of the tour cost.
