• Departure Point: Your departure jetty will be from Jesselton Point Jetty. Please check the Operator details carefully on your voucher for the correct meeting point.
• Departure Time: Stated departure times (e.g., 7:30 AM from jetty) are approximate. Hotel pick-up times (if selected) vary based on traffic and hotel location. Please be ready at your lobby at the advised time.
• Return Time Variability: Return times are estimates and can vary due to sea conditions or unforeseen circumstances. Please allow flexibility in your schedule after the tour. Contact the operator (details on voucher) if significantly delayed.

• Flight Departure Warning: Due to the possibility of weather-related delays impacting boat returns, we strongly advise against booking this tour on the same day as your departure flight.

• Boat Journey Suitability: The boat journey to Mengalum involves open sea travel (approx. 1-1.5 hours) and can be bumpy. This trip may not be suitable for:
