Important Notes

  • Please ensure to write your preferred pickup time clearly in the Remarks section before proceeding to checkout. This information is required to coordinate your transfer arrangement accurately.
  • Present your mobile or printed voucher upon pick up.  
  • The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time, if applicable). 
  • Please specify your pick-up address and preferred pick-up time in the 'Additional Details' section after selecting your local operator.
  • If there are any changes regarding the pick-up time, please inform the customer support team at least 24 hours before departure. 
  • Arrive at the hotel lobby 15 minutes before your selected pick-up time. 
  • Pick-up coverage locations include hotels, resorts, or residences within the Kota Kinabalu city area only.  
  • The charter rates are applicable for rental/hiring time between 7:00AM - 10:00PM daily (for a maximum of 8 hours for a full day's charter). Additional charges may apply for night service, which will be determined on an ad hoc basis. 
  • If you have any further questions or require additional assistance, SabahTravel’s customer support team will be more than happy to assist you. 



Additional Information

  • It is highly recommended to follow the staff during vehicle inspection and take pictures or videos for your own record.
  • Kindly inform us if you cannot find the pick-up location/counter or if our supplier did not arrive 5 minutes before the rental time.
