How to Use My Ticket

• Make your own way to the designated pick up location.
• Bring your identification document (MyKad or Passport), driving license and a copy of SabahTravel booking voucher.
• You are encouraged to book using the driver's name for an easier registration process.

Important Notes

• Driver Requirements: Driver must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driving license. Foreign drivers must have an International Driving Permit (IDP) to drive in Malaysia.
• Deposit: A refundable security deposit of RM200 is required at the time of pickup, payable directly to the supplier. Cash payment is preferred. The deposit will be refunded once the car is returned in good condition.
• Car Insurance: Optional car insurance starts from RM18 per day, depending on the car type. This is payable directly to the supplier at the time of pickup. Car insurance is not included in the rental price.
• Rental Period: All rentals are based on 24-hour period. If the car is returned later than 24 hours, additional charges may apply, subject to the vendor selected.
• Pick-up and drop-off locations are limited to areas within the Kota Kinabalu city area and Kota Kinabalu International Airport (KKIA).
• Exceeding Rental Period: If the rental period exceeds the 24-hour rental period, the following charges will apply:
• For every hour beyond the initial 24-hour period, there will be an additional charge of 10% of the daily rental price for each hour between 1 to 4 hours.
• If the car is returned 5 or more hours after the original rental time, it will be considered as an additional full day rental and charged accordingly.
• Return Process: When returning the car, confirm the time and location with the supplier. Your security deposit will be refunded if the car is returned in good condition.
• Damage Responsibility: Drivers are fully responsible for any damages, accidents, or traffic violations during the rental period.
• Additional Charges: Extra fees apply pick-ups or returns outside of normal operating hours. Late return fees are RM50 after 12pm and RM35 after 11pm.

Additional Information

• It is highly recommended to follow the staff during vehicle inspection and take pictures or videos for your own record.
• Kindly inform us if you cannot find the pick-up location/counter or if our supplier did not arrive 5 minutes before the rental time.
