Overview

The Rainforest World Music Festival returns from 26 to 28 June 2026 at the Sarawak Cultural Village in Kuching, promising a unique musical journey unlike any other. Set against the backdrop of Borneo’s rainforest, this globally renowned festival brings together artists, cultures, and communities for three days of music, workshops, and cross-cultural exchange.

This year’s theme, “Regenerations: Roots & Rhythms”, focuses on reconnecting with cultural roots while embracing modern sounds, bringing together global artists, local traditions, and vibrant rhythms in one shared experience. With a lineup featuring over 20 acts from 13 countries and a strong presence of Sarawakian heritage performers, the festival offers something for every music lover.

Step 1: Head to Damai Central
Go to the Wristband Redemption Counter.
Step 2: Show Your E-Ticket
Present your ticket (printed or on your phone) to the event officials.
Step 3: Get Verified
Officials will check and confirm your ticket on the spot.
Step 4: Receive Your Wristband
A wristband will be issued – this is your access pass to the festival and arena grounds.
