Important Notes

  • Please ensure to write your preferred pickup time clearly in the Remarks section before proceeding to checkout. This information is required to coordinate your transfer arrangement accurately.
  • Present your mobile or printed voucher when being picked up.
  • The voucher is valid only for the specified date and time.
  • Please provide your pick-up address and preferred time in the 'Pickup/Dropoff' section after selecting your local operator.
  • Notify our customer support team at least 24 hours in advance if there are any changes to your pick-up time.
  • Arrive 15 minutes early at the pick-up location (e.g., hotel lobby) to ensure a smooth process.
  • This private charter service only covers areas within Kota Kinabalu city. An additional surcharge will apply for destinations located outside of Kota Kinabalu.
  • Pick-up and drop-off locations are limited to areas within the Kota Kinabalu city area and Kota Kinabalu International Airport (KKIA).
  • The rate is based on a Per car basis.

Day Rental with Local Driver

  • Rental Hours: Available for rental between 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM, with a rental duration of up to 10 hours.
  • Flexible Timing: You can select any start time between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM (e.g., 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM).
  • Night Service: For rentals outside of 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM, additional charges apply. Please enquire with us before booking so we can confirm availability and provide further details.
